Mitolyn Review: TrustScore 6.4/10
A mitochondria angle on weight loss — with genuinely mixed customer sentiment.
Mitolyn pitches mitochondrial support as the key to energy and metabolism. The formula story is one of the better ones; the independent feedback — Trustpilot and Reddit included — is among the worst we've reviewed, and we score accordingly.

What you actually get
You get a capsule built around maqui berry and a supporting cast marketed as 'mitochondria support'. The mechanism story is at least biologically literate (mitochondria do decline with age), and the official site is cleaner than most. The problem is the paper trail: public reviews skew heavily negative — complaints about results, refund friction and aggressive continuity — and our score reflects the gap between the pitch and the lived experience customers report. The vendor advertises an up-to-90-day guarantee; ClickBank's own 60-day window is the one you can rely on.
Who it's for — and who should skip it
✔ Made for you if…
People set on the mitochondria angle who accept the risk profile — and who will enforce the refund window without hesitation.
✘ Skip it if…
Anyone expecting reliable results, or who reads public reviews before buying — because the public reviews are the reason this scores 6.4.
Pros & cons
What we liked
- Biologically coherent mechanism story rather than pure magic
- Official site is transparent about the ingredient list
- Network-enforced 60-day refund via ClickBank
- Stimulant-free formulation
What could be better
- Independent sentiment is genuinely poor — 1.3–2.7 Trustpilot profiles and critical Reddit threads dominate
- At $79/bottle it's among the pricier weight offers here
- Reported refund friction when customers go through the vendor instead of ClickBank
- No clinical evidence for the full formulation

Frequently asked questions
Is Mitolyn a scam?
It's a real product with real delivery and a working ClickBank refund channel. It is also one of the worst-reviewed offers on this site by independent customers — that's a quality verdict, not a fraud verdict.
Why is the TrustScore low?
Support and value sub-scores are dragged down by consistently negative independent feedback — refund friction and results complaints — which we weigh as heavily as the formula story.
How much does Mitolyn cost?
$79 for one bottle, $177 for three, $294 for six on the official site.
What's the refund policy?
ClickBank enforces 60 days. Use their support channel rather than the vendor's to avoid the friction customers report.
