How we review

TrustScore reviews are research-first. We check what a product really costs, what its terms and refund policy say, and what real buyers complain about. Where we tested a product hands-on, the review says so. Where we didn't, we don't pretend we did.

Who writes the reviews

Hamdi Arij, Pro Reviewer

Hamdi edits TrustScore and the Pro Reviewer blog, and runs a small network of independent sites (twinflame.bond, prophetic.pw, daysuntil.bond, bmrcalc.bond). Hamdi writes or edits every review and comparison here and is responsible for every score.

Hamdi is not a doctor, pharmacist or financial adviser. Our supplement pages are consumer research, not medical advice, and every one carries a medical disclaimer.

What we check for every product

  1. The real price. The price at checkout, not the headline price: bundles, shipping, upsells, recurring billing and "dollar trials".
  2. The terms and refund policy. How long the guarantee runs, who processes the refund (the vendor, ClickBank, the marketplace), and what is excluded.
  3. Real user complaints. BBB profiles, Trustpilot, Reddit and forum threads. We look for patterns (double charges, refunds that never arrive, auto-renewals), not single angry reviews.
  4. Regulators and recalls. For supplements we search FDA warning letters, FTC actions and recalls, and say plainly when we found none.
  5. The label or the plan. For supplements: is every dose disclosed, and does it match the research the vendor cites? For software: what the free plan or trial really includes.
  6. Vendor identity. A named company, a real address and a working support channel count in a product's favor. Anonymous funnels lose points.

What "tested" means here

We only say we tested, bought or used a product when we did. A research-based review is labelled as one. Verified-facts boxes carry the date we checked them and a link to each source, so you can check them yourself.

How the score works

Every TrustScore is a weighted average of four sub-scores: quality 35%, value 30%, delivery 20% and support 15%. The full rubric is on How we score. Products with misleading claims, weak refund records or a pattern of billing complaints lose points, and we will demote a product when the evidence changes.

How we make money

Most pages contain affiliate links (ClickBank, the Fiverr affiliate program and SaaS partner programs). If you buy through one, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored, a disclosure sits next to every buy button, and commissions never change a score: we publish low scores and "skip it" verdicts on products we earn from. Full disclosure.

What we never do

Corrections and updates

Prices, terms and scores change. Every review shows its last-updated date. If you spot an error or have a refund experience to share, contact us and we will check it and update the page.
