Leavo Review: TrustScore 7.2/10
Short version: Leavo connects leave, time tracking, shift planning and overtime banking into one flow — your schedule fills your timesheet, your hours bank as overtime, overtime becomes paid days off. From $2.49/user/month with a 30-day no-card trial. It's promising and well-priced, but it's a young product with few independent reviews — here's the honest breakdown.

What Leavo actually is
Most leave-management tools solve one slice: requests and approvals. Leavo's pitch is the whole loop — leave → time tracking → shift planning → overtime banking → paid time off, automatically. A published shift fills the timesheet; validated hours bank as overtime; overtime converts to leave days without a spreadsheet in between. Each edit keeps a before/after audit trail, and the platform detects seven types of timesheet discrepancies on its own.
The differentiator is the AI assistant: employees ask about balances, team status or policies in plain language — or by voice — and book leave with a single confirmation. Crucially, Leavo says it's permission-safe: the assistant respects every access role and "never guesses." That's the right design; verify it against your own permission matrix during the trial.

Don't confuse it with Levo.ai
A warning that will save you an hour: Leavo (leavo.com) is HR software. Levo.ai is an API-security platform. They are unrelated companies with near-identical names. If a review you find talks about API threat detection, it's the other one. This name collision is genuinely bad luck for both — and one reason Leavo's independent review footprint looks thinner than it may deserve.
What we like
- The connected flow is real. Shifts→timesheets→overtime→time off without re-entry is the actual pain Leavo solves, and few small-team tools do it end-to-end.
- Transparent per-user pricing with a genuine no-card trial — no demo-gated pricing games.
- Permission-safe AI is the right architecture for HR data, where "who can see whose balance" matters.
- Holiday rules for 100+ countries and agreement presets — the boring plumbing that usually breaks.
What we don't like (the honest part)
- Few independent reviews yet. It's a young product — we found no substantial third-party review base to cross-check the vendor's claims against. The trial is your due diligence.
- Annual-billing pricing display. "$448/year" is honest but per-month comparison shopping takes math; monthly billing isn't offered.
- No permanent free tier for very small teams (competitors like Signitic offer free plans under 20 staff).
- Name collision with Levo.ai — a confusion tax on every search for the brand.
Who should skip it
If you only need absence visibility, a shared calendar is free. If you need monthly billing, a long vendor track record, or heavy local-payroll integration, Leavo isn't there yet. And if your team is under ~10 people with simple policies, the whole category — not just Leavo — may be premature.
How we reviewed this
We did not place a paid order. This review is built from Leavo's own published product pages and pricing (leavo.com, checked October 12, 2026), its feature documentation, and marketplace category context. Vendor claims are labeled as such. We'll update when an independent review base exists.
FAQ
What is Leavo?
Leavo (leavo.com) is an all-in-one HR platform for leave management, time tracking, shift planning and overtime banking — one connected flow instead of separate spreadsheets and point tools. It includes an AI assistant that answers balance and policy questions and books leave by chat or voice.
How much does Leavo cost?
A 30-day free trial (no card) with unlimited members, then Professional at $448/year (about $2.49 per user/month for a 15-member team) and Premium at $747/year (about $4.15 per user/month) with unlimited organizations, AI credit pools and a dedicated manager. Vendor-published prices — confirm at checkout.
Is Leavo the same as Levo.ai?
No — and this confusion is real. Leavo (leavo.com) is HR/leave-management software. Levo.ai is a completely different product for API security. If you search 'Leavo reviews' and find API-security content, you're looking at the wrong company.
Is there a free plan?
No permanent free plan — a 30-day full-access trial with unlimited members and no credit card. After that, both paid tiers are per-user priced with annual billing.
Who should skip Leavo?
Teams that only need simple absence tracking (a shared calendar does that free), anyone who needs monthly billing or a permanent free tier, and organizations requiring a long public track record — Leavo is a newer product with few independent reviews so far. Run the trial against your real policies before committing.
